“People who fear greatly, can sometimes substitute themselves for the thing they fear”. Tambudzi, the protagonist, embodies failure. She is despair to the nth degree. In her you will find nothing ‘resembling light’. Her fine education has only ‘intensified her beggary’.

We explore the destructive pursuit of more and the internal weight of expectation. We trail Tambudzi way past rock bottom. The chaos that we find in her is heightened by the fulfillment we find in others around her.

The writing style is as tangled and as cryptic as her mind. It’s a wild ride. It’s tortuously sublime and beautifully crafted. It needs a lot of patience but the breakthrough will come…I promise.
